Below our flat is a public garden and in summer, it’s a popular spot in an otherwise concrete surround and many people stop by to have lunch or take a weight off. This morning saw us watching in bewilderment as this otherwise respectable looking man started marching to his own beat. I was tempted to dub it to Ini Kamoze ‘Here Comes the Hot Stepper’.
